1. Definitions

Key terms used throughout this document and their meanings for the purposes of this agreement.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Who may use bip baji and the age verification obligations that apply to all players.

Use of the bip baji Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By registering an account or accessing any service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following requirements at all times:

1. Age: You are at least 18 years of age. Access to the Platform is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 18. bip baji operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
2. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
3. Jurisdiction: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
4. Own Account: You are registering and using the account solely for your own personal and recreational use. Using an account on behalf of a third party is strictly forbidden.
5. Single Account: You do not already hold an active bip baji account. Each individual may hold only one registered account at any time.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You have not voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally. Players who have initiated a self-exclusion period must not attempt to register a new account.

Players from Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or use the Platform. bip baji employs automated geolocation and risk-monitoring tools to identify and block access from Restricted Territories. Circumventing these measures — for example through the use of a VPN, proxy service, or other IP-masking technology — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Registration and Security

Requirements for opening a bip baji account and your responsibilities in keeping it secure.

To access real-money gaming and sports betting services on bip baji, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bip baji account. bip baji operates automated duplicate-account detection systems. If multiple accounts registered to the same individual are detected — whether identified by name, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifier — all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held pending review. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. bip baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. bip baji will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel — any communication purporting to be from bip baji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact the bip baji support team at [email protected] without delay. bip baji is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

How funds are handled on the bip baji Platform, including minimum amounts and processing times.

All financial transactions on the bip baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bip baji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time based on technical or operational factors.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction ceilings.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bip baji account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• bip baji does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside bip baji's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bip baji reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit as part of standard KYC procedures.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 24 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending the submission and review of identity documents.
• bip baji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue. Players who wish to cancel a pending withdrawal before processing should contact [email protected] as early as possible — cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

4.3 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a bip baji deposit that was correctly credited to your account is a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, bip baji reserves the right to close the relevant account, void any pending withdrawals, and recover the value of the reversed payment from any available balance. bip baji may also pursue debt recovery through legal means where appropriate.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

Rules that apply to all bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bip baji.

bip baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms prevail.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only and are subject to eligibility criteria as set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• bip baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are currently being wagered.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money funds in your account wallet. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on bip baji are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in full before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be processed.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the full wagering requirement has been met.
• If a player attempts to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirement, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds. Placing a single bet that exceeds the maximum permitted bonus bet may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The maximum bonus bet per round is ৳500 unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bip baji takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or mathematically risk-free betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine play; colluding with other players to transfer bonus value; and exploiting promotional errors or technical malfunctions. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The rules that govern how bets are placed, settled, and disputed on the bip baji Platform.

All betting and gaming activity on bip baji is subject to the rules set out in this section. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules.

6.1 Placing Bets

• Bets are accepted only from registered, verified players with sufficient real-money or eligible bonus funds in their account balance.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number is generated. bip baji is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and event. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been confirmed by the system, except where bip baji explicitly offers a "cash-out" feature on a specific market.

6.2 Game Outcomes and Fairness

All digital casino games on bip baji use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RNG certification is maintained through independent third-party testing. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operated by providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined by physical processes (cards, roulette wheels, dice) observed in real time via video stream.

6.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round or bet, bip baji reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. Where a technical error has resulted in a player receiving an erroneous win or credit that they were not legitimately entitled to, bip baji reserves the right to reclaim the full value of that erroneous credit from the player's account balance. bip baji is not liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, server outages, and internet service disruptions.

6.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, bip baji's decision — made in good faith with reference to the official result — is final. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to the specific rules of the affected market, which are published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Actions that are strictly forbidden on the bip baji Platform and the consequences of engaging in them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bip baji Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate a bip baji account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to otherwise launder money through gaming transactions.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register an account if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one bip baji account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI systems, or any automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate any aspect of the Platform without the express written permission of bip baji.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions or bonus offers in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offer, as described in Section 5.3 above.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to bypass geographic access restrictions, self-exclusion blocks, or any other technical control implemented by bip baji.
• Malicious activity: Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, databases, or security systems.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bip baji staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content, trademarks, and software on the bip baji Platform.

All content on the bip baji Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bip baji or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from bip baji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary marking on any content accessed through the Platform.
• Use bip baji's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Game content displayed on the Platform (including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and betting markets) may be subject to the intellectual property rights of third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of such content is governed by the respective providers' licensing agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The extent of bip baji's legal responsibility to players and the disclaimers that apply to Platform use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bip baji provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

bip baji does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay.
• The Platform will be free from technical faults, malware, or security vulnerabilities at all times (though bip baji takes reasonable steps to maintain security).
• Information provided on the Platform — including odds, statistics, and game data — will always be accurate, complete, or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bip baji's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bip baji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bip baji is not liable under any circumstances for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond bip baji's reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental action, network outages, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

When and how bip baji may suspend or close a player account, and how players may close their own account.

10.1 Suspension by bip baji

bip baji reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis for suspecting any of the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Duplicate account detected in the same individual's name.
• Unusual account activity that warrants investigation for security or compliance purposes.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.

During a suspension period, the player's access to their account — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — will be restricted. bip baji will notify the player of a suspension where it is legally permissible to do so and will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

10.2 Closure by bip baji

Following investigation, if bip baji determines that a player has materially breached these Terms, the account may be permanently closed. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full. In all other cases, any legitimate real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of the closure decision.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your bip baji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receiving your request, bip baji will process the closure within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering obligations apply to the balance.

10.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available through the bip baji responsible gaming tools. A self-exclusion request will result in your account being suspended for a minimum period chosen by you (ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account, claim bonuses, or receive promotional communications from bip baji. 11. Amendments to These Terms

How bip baji may update these Terms & Conditions and how you will be informed of changes.

bip baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the Platform's features, changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, improvements to player protections, or corrections to existing provisions.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bip baji will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance. Notification may be provided through one or more of the following channels:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform's homepage or login page.
• An email notification sent to the registered email address associated with your account.
• An in-account message or notification within the player portal.

The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10.3 above.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

The legal framework that governs these Terms and the process for resolving disputes between players and bip baji.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players located in Bangladesh agree that any dispute arising from their use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, bip baji encourages players to contact the support team directly at [email protected] with a clear description of their complaint. The majority of player concerns can be resolved quickly and informally through direct communication with the support team. bip baji commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

12.2 Formal Complaints Procedure

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through informal contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Your complaint should include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, the date(s) on which the issue occurred, and any supporting evidence. bip baji will acknowledge receipt of your formal complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 15 business days of the complaint being received.

12.3 Dispute Regarding Bet Settlement

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet or game round must be raised within 30 days of the event date. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. When raising a bet settlement dispute, please include the bet reference number, the event name, the date of the event, and a clear explanation of why you believe the settlement is incorrect.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced, to the extent possible, with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bip baji with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
